John ‘Criss’ Cross, MAMFT

Emotional pain can feel unbearable at times. It can stick with us and influence so many parts of our lives. It is my desire to assist you in realizing your full potential while you heal from the hurts of your past. I do not believe you are broken. You may be stuck, but not broken. There is hope.

As a master’s level Marriage and Family Therapist I can help assess, strengthen, and improve your relationship, family, and/or personal life, using a systems perspective which considers the many varied contexts of your life. I have been married for over 48 years and have three children who are married and have children of their own. I served 17 years in the United States Army as a pilot and 20 years as a pilot instructor for the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. The United States Army played a large role in training and preparing me to help others.

My approach is strength based with a focus on helping you find positive solutions.  It is my passion to provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental atmosphere and to help you experience wholeness and truth that will help you overcome life’s obstacles.
