I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience walking alongside individuals on their path to healing and self-discovery. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space—one where your story is held with reverence and deep respect.
It is my sacred calling to support others in uncovering their true potential, both in healing and in life. I believe we each carry an innate power to heal—more than we often realize—and it is my joy to help others reconnect with that inner strength. My approach is holistic, honoring the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected and essential to well-being.
I am deeply drawn to the work of trauma recovery and emotional healing. I specialize in helping individuals move through and beyond the survival responses of flight, fight, freeze, or fawn, guiding them toward balance, empowerment, and self healing. I am particularly passionate about teaching emotional regulation as a pathway to self-awareness, resilience and healing.
I also work with individuals who experience physical symptoms that seem to have no clear medical explanation—chronic pain, fatigue, tension, or other bodily sensations that feel overwhelming or confusing. Often, these symptoms are the body’s way of speaking when words fall short.
Together, we gently explore the connection between the body, mind, and spirit, honoring the wisdom the body carries. I believe that physical symptoms can sometimes be messengers—inviting us to slow down, to listen more deeply, and to tend to parts of ourselves that have been unheard or unseen.
Through a trauma-informed and holistic lens, I support clients in reconnecting with their bodies in a safe, grounded way—transforming discomfort into insight, and disconnection into healing.
Over the past decade, I have had the honor of working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, emotional dysregulation, postpartum challenges, infertility, and the struggles faced by marginalized communities. I primarily work with adults and teens ages 16 and up, offering support tailored to their unique journeys.
In my personal life, I find nourishment in nature, reading, camping, and spending time with my family. These moments ground me and help me stay connected to the sacredness of everyday life.
I feel truly honored to witness the unfolding of each person’s journey and to walk beside them as they rediscover their light
